Great hairdresser
Don't be misled by the size of this small salon because the talent it contains is enormous and first-class. I've seen clients of all ages from late teens to ladies in thir seventies.The staff are all friendly and professional and the owner, Mark, quietly moves from client to client cutting, testing colours, checking cuts and snipping away to perfection. He confidently advises on style and colour, on condition and long term plans for your hair. He passes on tips and instructions to his staff and they all manage to create a calm but dynamic feel to the salon. If there is an upsale of a product such as coloured dry shampoo or conditioner etc it doesn't feel like an upsale but more an extension of their care for your hair. I've had many, many fantastic haircuts in the past, from the big name salons to local ones but the best and easiest to keep cut I have had is with Mark. The main reason I keep coming back to him is that the care he takes for my cut is consistent. He doesn't get distracted by the usual chit-chat that goes on in salons. He's friendly and remembers your children's names, but when he gets those scissors in his hands, well, more importantly, he remembers your cut!
Great friendly service
My family and I have been attending MGM Hairdressing since it opened. We used to go to another local salon where the owner used to work, and it was clear that Mark was an excellent hair dresser.When he opened his salon we all moved to his, and the old salon soon closed, as Mark had been the reason that many of the customers at the time had went there.The salon is always kept clean and bright and I have always found the furnishings stylish.
