Cathy and Colette are an absolute joke... Medical center should ruin a recruitment drive and get people in that want to help, deal with enquiries and actually be nice on the phone. Just more paper pushers trying to have a high powered job when there fit for nothing.... Another failing NHS servicr should work based on commission. Outstanding service as always, lol
Joke of a medical professional centre and the secretary needs to be sacked. We are up here on holiday from Belfast and my brother has developed a rash and pain on his back that looks like shingles. We phoned them to ask if they could have someone look at the rash and the secretary was not helpful whatsoever and said the earliest we could see someone was in 2 days time. When we phoned the centre in Coleraine they got us all set up and an appointment that day. They were shocked that this centre would not see him given we are a 5 minute walk from them.Seems like the secretary just couldn't be bothered getting my brother set up in the system and having a doctor look at him for 5 minutes.Note to the secretary of this centre you are in the medical professional field, you are to try your hardest to help all those in need. If you can't be bothered then please stop giving the profession a bad name and leave.Just looked over their opening times, they close for 3 hours today between 11am and 2pm. Yet they didn't have 5 minutes to have a look at my brother!! Avoid this place just go to Coleraine.
