Took something to be dry cleaned. Didn't realise they have to send items to another place to be cleaned. The lady assured me my jacket would be back in two days' time by 12.30 pm. I explained how important it was that I had the jacket for 1pm. She reassured me again so I left it with her. I was there at 12.30 and again at 1pm and no jacket. The man in charge told me the delivery guy had to go somewhere else. I got my jacket at after 3pm when it was too late for me to do what I had to do. It cost me 6. That may be a reasonable price, I don't know. I do know that they need to brush up on customer service skills as well as finding a reliable supplier.
