Nice Strand, there is no parking fee in off-season times like January. The dunes behind the strand are also very nice.

Nice walk, only the trust charges you to park your car on a beach. Seems they want to charge you to visit everywhere on the north coast. From what I remember the dunes where there before the national trust, can't see any contribution from them in maintaining the area.

Fabulous beach all year round. Great views across to the Inishowen peninsula in Donegal. Fabulous sand dunes for the children to explore and plenty of bins to dispose of 'doggie bombs?'The walk to the end is very worthwhile as there is a world war two era anti aircraft lookout.

Beautiful place , take a wind breaker and a picnic , drive your car onto the beach and park up for the day

Beautiful strand with stunning views. The dunes are a natural environment for a variety of wildlife. Tranquil and stunning
