Was very clean. Our room was nice. There is parking, but it is limited. We did get boxed in with the car but were able to drive down the sidewalk to get out. Breakfast was OK. Staff were very friendly, there was a small mishap with the booking, but they were able to fix it. Walking distance to the boardwalk. Town was rather loud all night.

Booked The Game of Thrones guest house for 1 night. Check in was faultless. When we went to our room, which was a small family room, there were no tea or coffee making facilities. The en-suite was too small for any kind of comfortable use, with no hot water available in the sink which was minute and very hard to use. The staff were excellent, but when my daughter ordered boiled eggs for breakfast, she was told by a member of staff returning from the kitchen that they were too busy to boil them and could she order something else. Breakfast overall was average. Property was clean but basic and could be better.

Lovely hotel and staffThe young ladies on the reception was fab and made us all feel so welcome . The hotel was clean and fresh its just been refurbished by the looks of it . New carpets towels , bedding , fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was lovely and loads to choice from. All staff went out their way to get anything for us and look after us . Massive thanks Emma From Liverpool

Stayed here the June Bank holiday weekend. The first room we stayed in the radiator was on and the room was sweltering, we went down stairs about it and one of the staff cut off the supply to it so it wouldn't come on. The following morning it started to warm up again. The staff where very accommodating and moved us to a sea view room. The cooked breakfast was very tasty. The quilt covers where too heavy for the hot weather and the main light in our second room wasn't working. I have to say the staff where extremely welcoming and friendly. The location is perfect and is a short drive to all the major restaurants and a walk by the water. Be aware that there is construction going on across the road if staying during the week.

My husband and I have just returned from staying at the Game of thrones b&b. We both had a lovely relaxing stay. Beautiful b&b with stunning views. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, cooked breakfast was lovely. All in all a Beautiful, well run b&b, we will be back.
